Our Return Policy

Mypinkbay.com always wants to truthful to its customers and expects vice-versa. We solicit a long term relation with our customers and hence, we are committed to sell only new, quality products and possibly direct from the original authentic sources. Every product is subjected to stringent quality checks on receipt and despatch. Our returns are limited to replacement/ exchange of same item that you originally ordered in case of manufacturing defects or damages occurred during shipments

How do I return?
  • Click the return button on the footer of our website.

  • A return form opens

  • Enter your order number, other mandatory details and email address in the respective fields, select the reason for return and click Return the Product

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
Provided that:

  • They must be in original condition

  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn

  • In the original packaging

  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?
  • There are no charges for return

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

How soon will I get my replacement?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your return request. If your return request is accepted, we will replace the order immediately, with a fresh item (same product only). This will take a minimum of THREE working days from the receipt of the returned item. No refund of money is made. The shipping charges for the replacement item will be borne by the mypinkbay.com as a gesture of good will and courtesy.
